ACCOMMODATION
AIR-CONDITIONED ROOMS
Each of our apartment has on average 3 to 4 rooms. Each rooms can accommodate 1 student comfortably. All the rooms are equipped with air-conditioning units.
All bed are single-size and comes with quality mattress. Rooms are also equipped with anti-glare table lamps, adjustable chairs and wardrobe. All these are put in place to ensure their healthy growth.
Bathrooms are equipped with cold and hot water showers.
DAILY MEALS AND FOOD
Meals are served 2 times a day during weekdays, mainly breakfast and dinner. Students normally have their lunch in school during weekdays unless they notified us that they will be having lunch at home. Over the weekend, meals will be provided 3 times daily.
Students who intend to stay up late are free to prepare their own supper.
Our menus are changed on a weekly basic.
LAUNDRY AND HOUSEKEEPING
Laundry will be collected once a day in the morning. Housekeeper will wash and iron them. It will be ready on the next day if weather permits.
UNLIMITED HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS
All apartments are equipped with High-Speed Internet Connecton.

GENERAL GUARDIANSHIP

Opening Bank accounts if required.
Orientation around the neighborhood and Singapore.
Taking care of the child, especially when he/she is sick.
Encourage bonding between the students
Students are highly encouraged to call their parents or home when needed
In-house rules to instill discipline when young
EDUCATION GUARDIANSHIP
Special attention will be given to students who are enrolling into primary or secondary government school for the first time. This includes
- Looking for a suitable school
- Preparing them for Ministry of Education (MoE) admission tests (AEIS & S-AEIS)
Counselling them in shortlisting the school which are the best in their interest
Our experienced guardians will closely monitor the student’s school progress and feedback will be given to parents.
We will assist in selecting a suitable private tutor for your child.
We will handle all paper works such as Student Pass, enrollment etc.
EXPENSES GUARDIANSHIP
Controlling the child weekly / monthly expenses. Parents can remit to a dedicated bank account and we will dispense the fund as instructed by you (Save on bank transfer charges). This arrangement is up to the parents of the students.
